The Yale Program in Addiction Medicine is pleased to welcome Shawn Cohen, MD, and an expert panel of guest speakers for Addiction Medicine Grand Rounds on May 28, 2024.

Title: Moving the Needle - Working with State Agencies, Nursing Homes, and Legal Partners to Increase Access to MOUD in Skilled Nursing Facilities

Learning Objectives:

  1. Describe the need for and current state of MOUD availability at skilled nursing facilities (SNFs).
  2. Explain the impact of the lack of availability of MOUD at SNFs.
  3. Discuss strategies to expand MOUD availability through with local experts.


    Addiction Medicine Rounds are CME accredited. Each session will be assigned 1 AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
